Combined Studios

If you need an extra area for clients or want to shoot stills whilst filming in Studio 1 then we would strongly suggest hiring the entire top floor if it's available. This would give you access to three kitchens and four parking spaces. We build in a discount if you decide to go for the entire top floor. Please see rates.

Cancellation Policy

  • Because of the busy nature of the studio we have a specific booking procedure and cancellation policy.
  • If you cancel a confirmed booking less than two weeks before the booking there will be a 50% charge.
  • If you cancel a confirmed booking less than one week before a confirmed booking there will be a 100% charge.

We expect the studio to be left in a similar condition to how it was found. If the studio is left in a very poor condition we may charge you an extra clean up fee.

Studio Hire costs are all exclusive of VAT @ 20%
The Studio opening hours are strictly 8.30am-6.00pm unless arranged prior to the shoot
